Role Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master the entire solar sales process, everything from setting appointments to closing deals.
  • Be self-motivated and take initiative by seeking out as many opportunities to engage in solar conversation with qualified homeowners as possible. Friends, family, neighbors etc!
  • Educate homeowners on the value of owning their own electricity along with monthly and yearly savings, government incentives, and how they can benefit from the most abundant resource on earth: the sun!
  • Leverage your people-skills and product conviction to create an environment that empowers each homeowner to choose green energy over the expensive and unsustainable utility alternative.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred but not required. Hustle and humility are far more important.
  • Flexible schedule: Work as much as you’d like. We will never get in the way of your paycheck.
  • Successfully complete online and in-person Solar Sales Training.
  • Communication/People skills
  • Reliable form of transportation.

Compensation: Quickstart Program + Earn a Tesla + Commission + Incentives

  • Quickstar Program: Earn up to $1,200 in rewards in your first 90 days
  • Earn a Tesla: Earn a $3,000 down payment after your first 10 installs. Maintain consistent performance from there and we will provide $750 a month towards your new whip.
  • Commission: You control your pay check with the most competitive red line/rev share model. Up to $1500 paid in advance.
  • Incentives: Win thousands in rewards and experiences every quarter as you battle against all of our top closers! We love pushing each other to be better.
